Handover is not the end

Every Quan Construction project is warranted item by item for a clearly stated period, counted from the handover date. We stay with you so that your home remains as good as the first day.

Warranty periods by item

Periods are in years from the handover date. Some minor defects, normal wear, or damage occurring after handover are outside the scope, as noted in the Notes column.

1. Architecture – Exterior (1): load-bearing structure and rainwater waterproofing
